Carl has changed the perception�of younger bike racers and people who see him race.Racing in the 80 plus age group you would think it is great he is out racing.Then you see his 20k Time Trial time or he passes you! Carl Grove is a shining example of what we all can be if we work out,eat healthy and exercise.At 84 Carl and�his wife Nancy take care of Carl's mother who will be 105 in 2013!

To add to his collection of National Titles and World Championships a time of 2.50.93 was set by Carl in July 2012 in Colorado Springs at the Masters National Championships in the 2 kilometer individual pursuit.This is a National Record and soon to be World Record.This was Carl's 5th time on the Velodrome riding this event.His time was 2nd overall fastest for the 70,75 and 80 age group.Attached is a summary of Carl's training for National's and World Championship's from his friend and coach Tim Cusick from Peak's Coaching
