Biography of Tere Camacho
Born in Cuba, immigrated to the United States in 1961 under Operation Pedro Pan. Divorced, mother of 3 adopted children, Carlos now 20 from the United States and Amanda and Cristian, now 18 from Romania.

I started cycling in 1996. Scored my first win at the Florida State Time Trial Championship in 2000. I have placed second twice at the Rosewood Criterium series, a third at the Tour of Bahamas in 2006, second at the Tour of Bahamas 2008 (this would be a great race for Pista Elite to try), and have won and placed at many of the West Palm Beach time trial series races.

After having had my position eliminated at John Hancock Financial where I worked for 28 years, I am now the Agency Finance Director at Guardian Life.
