Biography of Jay Truesdell

I began racing in 1981 and eventually achieved a Cat 2 on road and track before I was forced off the bike to recover from a hamstring injury. I resumed racing at races close to home in the early '90's and have continued riding and racing over the last 30 years. After a 9 year hiatus I returned to serious racing in 2015. I currently hold USA Cycling Category 3 on road and track and I am, USA Cycling Level 2 Coach.
I currently work as a physical therapist assistant at the Fairfield Medical Center.
